Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Senior Associate for the Investment Operations team, focusing on private debt asset onboarding and data quality. You will review legal documents, set up investments in internal systems, and capture key terms while coordinating with Compliance and external counterparties.

The role requires 5–7 years in investment operations or asset data management, hands-on use of DealCloud/AlphaStream, and advanced Excel with data analysis and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in investment operations or asset data management.
• Direct experience with private debt, bank loans, or note investments.
• Hands-on experience with DealCloud or AlphaStream.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret credit agreements, note purchase agreements, and related legal documentation for operational setup.
• Set up new private debt investments within internal systems and downstream platforms.
• Capture and maintain key economic and reference terms for private debt instruments.
• Collaborate with Compliance to review structure charts and maintain legal entity information.
• Leverage DealCloud and AlphaStream for investment onboarding and data maintenance.
• Coordinate with investment professionals and external counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform quality control reviews of newly onboarded assets and document-driven changes.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, data standards, and control checklists.
• Work with technology and data teams to improve onboarding workflows and integrations.
• Support reconciliation and remediation efforts across systems.
• Participate in project management and data governance workstreams.
• Produce management reporting and metrics related to private debt assets.
• Help train junior team members and offshore resources on document interpretation and setup standards.

Compensation

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000, Plus Bonus
