We are seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Accountant to join the Client Operations team. This role offers broad investment accounting exposure by supporting the firm’s investment activities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparation of annual audit reports and quarterly financial statements and capital accounts.
2. Review of quarterly financial statements from partnership investments and other investment information to determine valuations of investments pursuant to ASC 820, including tracking underlying portfolio activity and interacting with investment managers.
3. Interaction with investment and client service teams to obtain information and provide reports.
4. Participation in cash reconciliation processes.
5. Completion of client requests and participation in special projects as needed.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An undergraduate degree in accounting.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience at a public accounting firm, private equity manager, or fund accounting administrator.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with database systems and data management.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Compensation

$90,000—$140,000 USD.
