What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of the HR Workflow Transformation Roadmap
- Optimize HR process workflows by collaborating with cross-functional team members
- Create and maintain HR project and process documentation
- Manage multiple HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct value stream mapping to identify efficiency improvements in HR processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience in process transformation, workflow management, and project management within HR or similar functions
- Strong project management skills to lead complex global HR transformation projects
- Proven expertise in lean methodologies such as Six Sigma and agile practices
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with change management frameworks and their application
- Familiarity with Workday process flows and workflow management platforms
- Professional certifications in process transformation or project management, such as Six Sigma or PMP
- Experience working in multinational environments with an understanding of global HR compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
