Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience analysing complex medical records and working with expert witnesses.
• Trial or substantial trial-preparation experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Defend medical malpractice, professional liability and wrongful death matters from inception through resolution
• Take and defend fact, physician and expert depositions
• Work directly with physicians, hospitals, healthcare providers and retained experts
