The Role
The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Synapticure’s expansion efforts by driving market analysis, supporting go-to-market motions, and assisting in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders. This role will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for growth, track key performance metrics, and help develop strategies that expand Synapticure’s reach and impact.
The Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence at Synapticure. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and support decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to drive market analysis, support go-to-market motions, and assist in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders. This role requires a proactive problem solver with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and a passion for healthcare innovation, analytics, and startups. You will collaborate effectively across executive and front-line teams, clinical and administrative functions, and data/IT teams to execute on key goals in a remote-first organization.
Job Duties – What You’ll Be DoingTravel Expectations: This role would be expected to travel 25% to attend customer and potential prospective partner meetings as well as company gatherings, primarily in Chicago.
