Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client deadlines.
• Preferred: 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license or active pursuit of the credential.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of clients with day-to-day communication and accounting deliverables.
• Lead client calls to explain results and offer practical insights.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Own the month-end close process for assigned clients.
• Provide guidance on financial best practices and optimize client operations.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in internal projects.
