Overview

We provide government contract consulting with a multidisciplinary team of experts in contract administration, cost accounting, pricing, audits, damages, forensic accounting, and investigations. Senior Associates will engage with clients to apply financial and analytical expertise to support contract compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyze financial and cost accounting data related to government contracts.
• Perform compliance assessments and gap analyses with clients.
• Design and conduct financial and statistical analyses for claim and dispute support.
• Assist contractors in critical accounting, contract administration, and strategic business questions.
• Develop customized solutions to address client operational effectiveness and profitability.
• Conduct detailed research and analyze data from public, client, and commercial databases.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other project files.
• Audit own and others’ work products to ensure quality.
• Participate in team meetings, practice meetings, and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Communicate findings verbally and in written reports.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, or litigation services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, CGMA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with MS Access, MS SQL Server, or similar analytical software.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Desire to expand technical capabilities and use of analytical tools.

Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Eligibility
