Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• 1-3 years of prior investment banking or equivalent M&A experience.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.
• Sell-side advisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses to support advisory transactions and highlight key takeaways.
• Carefully review and provide guidance to Analyst teammates.
• Develop working knowledge of multiple client sectors, monitor industry drivers and assemble insights to support advisory services.
• Lead diligence, research, analysis and documentation of potential and live transactions.
• Lead development of marketing memoranda, diligence exhibits and transaction artifacts.
• Anticipate deal challenges and elevate concerns to the team in real time.
• Support business development activities and create strategic frameworks.
