Job summary

Exelon seeks an Associate General Counsel, Labor, Employment, and Benefits, to lead a regional team across DC/Mid-Atlantic and Philadelphia. You will oversee litigation, provide strategic advice to executives, and manage employer disputes and investigations while aligning with corporate risk goals.

The role includes directing outside counsel, budgeting, and improving compliance programs, with a focus on the energy sector. A JD and Bar licensure are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent and active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
• Extensive knowledge of labor, employment, and benefits law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of attorneys and legal professionals in labor, employment, benefits, safety and immigration law.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to business units and executives on employee disputes and investigations.
• Oversee budgets and early matter assessments, and manage outside counsel.
