Vitalant, one of the nation's largest nonprofit blood and biotherapies healthcare organizations, headquartered in Scottsdale, is seeking a Senior Associate General Counsel - Labor and Employment.

This attorney advises Human Resources, senior leadership and business stakeholders on multistate employment law, employee relations, workplace investigations and litigation. The role is hybrid, on-site in Scottsdale three days per week, and is eligible for a 28 percent target incentive plan.

Compensation: $230,000 - $260,000 per year.
