Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides primary legal advice to the Directors of Driver Services, Illinois State Archives and BAIID Division.
• Reviews legislation for legal sufficiency and prepares memoranda, reports and opinions; testifies as directed.
• Plans, directs and evaluates staff; coordinates workflows and program policies.
• Liais es with outside entities on complex issues related to immigration and voter registration; attends staff meetings.
