DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate in Fraud Operations to safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You will scale reviews, manage outsourced vendor partners, and optimize processes while driving performance across teams.
The role blends project management, quality analysis, and vendor relationships with hands-on casework. You’ll report to the Associate Manager on the Fraud Partner Operations team within Fraud Strategy and Operations.

As a Senior Associate in Fraud Operations, you'll help safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You'll scale reviews, build collaborative relationships with our outsourced operations partners(BPO), and optimize operational processes. You'll also drive performance management initiatives to help those partner teams meet and exceed performance standards. This role blends project management, quality analysis, and vendor relationship management, with hands‑on casework along the way.
You will report into the Associate Manager on our Fraud Partner Operations team in our Fraud Strategy and Operations organization.

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
