Job summary

RVO Health is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling at our Fort Mill, SC operation. You will synthesize data, develop recommendations, and partner with management to translate insights into strategic plans.

You'll collaborate across departments, mentor junior FP&A colleagues, and drive efficiency improvements while delivering clear, data-driven reports to senior leadership. In-office with options for some remote days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics with cross-functional leaders.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and operating indicators.
• Prepare and present data-driven financial reports to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A workflows and implement best practices.
• Mentor junior FP&A team members and share knowledge.
• Support new business planning and forecasts.

The Senior FP&A Associate performs financial analyses including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and financial/data modeling. This role develops recommendations from information and results; considers and conducts additional analyses as appropriate. The Sr. FP&A Associate coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts.

Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am-5pm) each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare month end business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates
• Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to garner new insights and progress updates
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and operational performance indicators, providing timely insights to management.
• Prepare, deliver, and present clear, data-driven financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiencies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A workflows and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior FP&A team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

• Starting Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
