Our professionals work alongside law firms, lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate leaders to navigate some of the most critical moments in a company’s lifecycle—from fraud investigations and corporate litigation to acquisitions, restructurings, and crisis situations.

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our South Florida office, supporting complex financial analyses, investigations, and restructuring engagements.

What You’ll Be Working On:

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role on client engagements that require rigorous analysis, strategic thinking, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing financial statements and building sophisticated financial models to evaluate business performance and value
  • Conducting detailed financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and drivers that impact cash flow and deal valuation
  • Supporting due diligence engagements, identifying opportunities and risks for clients in transactions and distressed situations
  • Assisting clients in navigating complex situations including debt restructurings, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy planning
  • Performing investigative and forensic accounting analyses related to fraud, waste, and misuse of funds
  • Managing and contributing to multiple forensic and financial advisory projects simultaneously
  • Developing client-ready deliverables, including pitch books, financial presentations, and analyses of distressed companies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or an MBA from an accredited college/university.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Experience extracting insights from incomplete or unstructured datasets
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of software packages including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving ability
