Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in insurance disputes.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, settlements, and trial through final resolution.

Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for an active first-party litigation docket from inception through resolution.
• Handle caseload with autonomy, with guidance from managing partners and other attorneys as needed.
• Defend first-party bad faith lawsuits involving commercial property, business income, and other coverages.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy with client representatives from large national insurers.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and results.
