KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on Loan Origination and Servicing systems or operational efficiencies/scalability through designing and implementing customized operating models using platforms like AFS, nCino, ACBS, or others.
2. Conduct current state assessments, industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models.
3. Assist KPMG teams through daily activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations.
4. Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals.
5. Mentor employees to grow and develop the practice.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum three years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery, or information systems within financial services, brokerages, asset management, audit/tax, or advisory firms.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.
3. Experience with loan operations including origination, servicing, processing, and implementing platforms like nCino, AFS, ACBS.
4. Strong background as a business or technical analyst with understanding of operational processes, trade flows, vendor systems, and industry protocols.
5. Proven ability to assess and improve IT processes, with demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Willingness to travel up to 80-100%.
8. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
