Job summary

PwC in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate in Deals - Financial Due Diligence to provide strategic advice during mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, analyzing earnings quality, assets and cash flows.

You will build meaningful client relationships, mentor junior staff, and navigate complex transactions while upholding professional standards and technical excellence. Travel up to 60% is expected. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.
