Job summary

PwC’s Financial Operations team in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate to lead efforts across procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report cycles. You will mentor junior colleagues, cultivate client relationships, and navigate complex situations to deliver exceptional outcomes using AI-enabled digital finance transformation.

The role focuses on reducing complexity, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance operations.
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles.
• Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations.
• Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions.
• Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutions.
