Responsibilities:

1. Support Tax Managers and Partners in the day-to-day management of client portfolio
2. Take responsibility for overall engagement planning and job administration
3. Keep management informed on the progress of important engagement and client relationship issues
4. Audit basic-to-complex tax provisions; perform thorough review of working papers to ensure conclusions are supported and firm policies are met
5. Execute compliance tasks with moderate to minimal supervision
6. Supervise associate staff on large and complex engagements when appropriate

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of three years of recent investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting
2. Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST from an accredited institution
3. Applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting procedures, and partnership tax regulations
4. Exceptional skills in reviewing 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns
5. Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide excellent service
6. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
