Responsibilities:

1. Support Tax Managers and Partners in managing client portfolios.
2. Plan engagements and oversee job administration.
3. Update management on engagement progress and client issues.
4. Audit tax provisions and review working papers to ensure compliance and support for conclusions.
5. Perform compliance tasks with guidance from management.
6. Supervise associate staff on large engagements when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of recent investment partnership or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST from an accredited university.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting procedures, and partnership tax regulations.
• Experience reviewing 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
