Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals - FDD Contracts and Closing Mechanisms Senior Associate to provide strategic advice and due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in the United States. You will analyze earnings quality, cash flows, and other deal issues while building strong client relationships and guiding teams through complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or deals.
• Experience with M&A, due diligence, and closing mechanisms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services.
