Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate to support transaction advisory work, assess earnings quality, cash flows, and assets in mergers and acquisitions. You will analyze complex financial data, interpret results, and help deliver insights that inform client decisions across deal activity.

You will mentor junior staff, manage workstreams, and apply rigorous standards to evolving deal conditions in a collaborative PwC environment.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience in deals or financial advisory.
Experience in financial due diligence is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyzing financial statements, earnings quality, cash flow, and working capital to identify transaction risks.
Reviewing historical and projected performance data to support buy-side and sell-side diligence.
Developing analyses of key deal issues, accounting adjustments, and business performance metrics for client decisions.
Building client relationships by responding to questions and communicating findings clearly.
Managing assigned workstreams and coordinating deliverables across transaction phases.
Using financial modeling and valuation tools to evaluate deal assumptions and outcomes.
Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work and prioritizing tasks.
Applying critical thinking and professional standards to evolving transactions.
