The Role
As a Senior Associate, you will:

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
• Use Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies to drive measurable improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategy, manage risks, and deliver outcomes.
• Facilitate adoption and readiness across global teams, ensuring lasting impact.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to shaping best practices within ECI.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or program leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale change across people, process, data, and technology.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and Change Management certification (ADKAR or similar).
• Financial services industry experience is preferred; wealth/private markets a plus.
