The successful candidate will work in a leaner team with senior investors, gaining exposure to infrastructure and real assets. Strong financial modeling and independent judgment are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling and investment-analysis capabilities are required.
• Experience assessing transaction structures, returns and key investment risks.
• Ability to form an independent view on opportunities and communicate clearly to senior decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and advance new investment opportunities across infrastructure and real assets.
• Develop detailed financial models and return analyses to support decisions.
• Evaluate downside cases and key commercial risks and value-creation opportunities.
• Lead significant portions of due diligence across financial, commercial and transaction work.
• Develop investment theses and present conclusions to senior decision-makers.
