Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Process Development Senior Associate to join the Pivotal Drug Product Technologies Group. This role supports late-stage drug product formulation and fill/finish process development for large molecule modalities and collaborates with the automation team to drive drug product commercialization.

You will plan and execute studies to characterize formulations, communicate with the automation team, and apply fundamental science to solve challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ yrs of industry experience in biotech/pharma.
Hands-on protein handling and processing knowledge (UF/DF, filling, lyophilization).
Experience with analytical testing and instrumentation; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute studies to enable automation, HTS and analytical capabilities.
Characterize drug product formulations and processes.
Collaborate with automation colleagues to coordinate studies.
Evaluate product attributes via analytical testing (pH, conductivity, osmolality, SEC/CEX).
Apply chemistry, kinetics, statistics to solve challenges.
Involve data management and ELN integration for data collection.
