What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute operational plans that align with institutional priorities and ensure smooth administration of initiatives
- Oversee the design, planning, and continual improvement of interdisciplinary programs for students, alumni, and council members
- Lead the integration of research-driven insights into organizational strategies and programs, identifying growth opportunities
- Serve as the liaison between students, alumni, faculty, and global communities, building partnerships and creating visibility for programs
- Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, accounting, and procurement, while overseeing facilities management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in a related field
- At least 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data-driven tools
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to final deliverable
