Eastern Kentucky University seeks an Associate Director for the Appalachian Heartlands Talent Search to support the program director in managing a federally funded TRIO project that helps middle school, high school, and adult learners from disadvantaged backgrounds pursue higher education.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight of the ETS Programming unit in daily operations, including recruitment, review, curriculum development, and process analysis to increase efficiencies.
Stay informed of higher education trends and regulatory requirements; develop best practices and trainings; maintain policies and procedures manuals.
Assist the Project Director with program administration and budgeting for services and events.
Prepare and present federal and university reports; create data presentations for stakeholders.
Serve as liaison to communities, schools, and partnering agencies.
