ABOUT THE POSITION

Education Trust—West (ETW) seeks a Senior Associate, Development to join our Planning, Grants, and Administration team. The Senior Associate will join a staff committed to fulfilling our mission of closing opportunity gaps that disproportionately affect students of color and students from low-income backgrounds.

The Senior Associate, Development contributes to ETW’s fundraising strategy primarily with private foundations and individual giving, as well as the design and continuous improvement of related fundraising processes to meet annual fundraising goals. The Senior Associate leads projects with minimal oversight and collaborates with internal teams to advance fundraising priorities. This position also requires the ability to deeply understand ETW’s policy/advocacy priorities and donor giving priorities to identify opportunities for partnership.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this level position in California is between $73,560 and $110,340, and offers are commensurate with skills and experience. Typically, new hire salaries fall between the minimum and midpoint of the assigned salary range and for this role start at or near $78,000.
