Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Delaware; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland is a plus.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience; some toxic tort experience preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage caseload and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactive case management from start to finish in state and federal courts.
• Drafting of pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations.
• Deposition taking of key fact and expert witnesses.
• Preparation of case updates and handling client communications as requested.
• Ability to work closely with paralegals to ensure efficient case management.
