Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for Deals Financial Due Diligence in Atlanta to support transaction advisory work, evaluating earnings quality, cash flows, and assets in mergers and acquisitions. You will analyze financial data, build client relationships, and lead workstreams across deal phases.

You will mentor junior team members, apply rigorous financial analysis, and contribute to insightful recommendations that help clients make informed decisions while advancing your technical skills

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial statements, earnings quality, cash flow, and working capital to identify transaction risks and value drivers.
• Reviewing historical and projected performance data to support buy-side and sell-side diligence activities.
• Developing analyses of key deal issues, accounting adjustments, and business performance metrics for client decision making.
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, interpreting feedback, and communicating findings clearly.
• Managing assigned workstreams and coordinating deliverables across transaction phases and deadlines.
• Using financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis tools to evaluate deal assumptions and transaction outcomes.
• Mentoring junior team members by reviewing work products, sharing technical guidance, and helping prioritize tasks.
• Applying critical thinking and professional standards when assessing complex transactions and evolving business conditions.
