DoorDash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to shape strategy and execution for the Dasher & Logistics team. You will dive into high-priority business problems, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale solutions across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing, learn rapidly, and progress by taking on new challenges. Base salary is localized by location with equity opportunities.

About the Team

The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!

About the Role

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate who will play an integral role in shaping the strategy and execution of the Dasher & Logistics team. You’ll tackle some of our highest-priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what’s happening on the ground across markets, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You will report directly to a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

See below for paid time off details:

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.


• For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$87,000—$128,000 USD
