Senior Associates in our Cost Segregation practice serve as members of various client tax planning service teams across industry sectors.
Industries served include hospitality, gaming, sports, entertainment, recreation, retail, restaurant, manufacturing, high-tech, life sciences, commercial and residential rental real estate, telecommunications, private wealth, and finance and banking.
Senior Associates should have a significant understanding of the construction lifecycle, including scheduling, cost ledgers, contractor pay applications, contracts, substantial completion and the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (blueprints).
A Senior Associate will have opportunities to participate in engineering or depreciation analyses for newly constructed and acquired facilities, fixed asset valuations, insurance valuations, property tax analyses, and purchase price allocations for tax reporting and financial reporting.

Compensation: Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Los Angeles, the expected salary range for this role is $96,000 to $125,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.
Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
