We're searching for a forward-thinking operational architect to spearhead our AI-powered framework across our growing network of educational campuses. As our Senior Associate Consultant, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and educational innovation, crafting scalable systems that will become the benchmark for next-generation learning environments.

Your expertise will drive the creation of intelligent operational models, implement sophisticated AI monitoring systems, and continuously optimize our campus operations. Beyond the digital realm, you'll orchestrate the physical manifestation of our vision by managing new campus developments from blueprint to grand opening.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and deploy sophisticated AI systems that revolutionize daily operational efficiency and drive continuous process enhancement
• Craft and evolve expandable franchise blueprints leveraging advanced AI technologies and data analytics
• Masterfully coordinate campus construction projects, guiding them from conceptual planning through successful completion and certification

Senior Associate Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and execute a comprehensive AI-powered operational ecosystem that harnesses predictive analytics and real-time monitoring capabilities to transform campus management, ensuring unparalleled efficiency, seamless scalability, and unwavering consistency throughout our educational network
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Current residence in North America with ability to work legally
• Minimum 5-year proven track record in operational leadership or management
• Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing AI and automation solutions in real-world environments
• Flexibility to travel 10-40% within the United States to facilitate and support new campus launches and operational implementations

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
