We're searching for a forward-thinking Senior Associate Consultant to spearhead our AI-driven operational transformation. As the architect of our operational future, you'll blend cutting-edge AI technology with strategic thinking to build a network of educational excellence. Your vision will shape how we scale, operate, and maintain consistency across our growing campus network.

This role puts you at the intersection of education and innovation, where you'll harness AI's potential to revolutionize campus operations, streamline processes, and establish new educational facilities that set industry standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Pioneer the integration of AI systems into daily campus operations, creating smart, efficient workflows
• Architect and enhance our franchise model using sophisticated AI tools and data-driven insights
• Lead end-to-end campus development projects, from initial planning to successful launch

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing academic staff or providing direct educational supervision
• Handling day-to-day student or parent communication channels
• Developing or modifying educational content and curriculum structures

Senior Associate Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a revolutionary AI-powered operational ecosystem that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring to ensure seamless operations, scalability, and uniformity across our educational network

Basic Requirements

• North American residency required
• Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in implementing and scaling AI and automation solutions
• Flexibility to travel within the US (10-40%) to support new campus launches

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
