  • Active Appraiser Trainee license preferred or on track to complete.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare legally-compliant appraisal reports within the assigned territory
  • Conduct macro- and micro-level market research relevant to property valuations
  • Analyze property-specific financial due-diligence materials, including income statements and investment proformas
  • Perform competitive market research and assess comparable sales and rents
  • Collaborate with teammates, clients, and stakeholders, which may include travel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial/multifamily real estate valuation, underwriting, or financial analysis
  • Active Appraiser Trainee license preferred or on track to complete
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate data services such as REIS, CoStar, or Yardi
  • Experience or interest in data science, statistics, or software programming
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership of work with minimal direction
