Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years working knowledge in banking operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems.
• Knowledge of commercial lending products and markets; ability to apply this information to the role.
• Expert knowledge of lending policies and underwriting procedures.
• Strong overall lending and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions involving booking and servicing commercial loans and letters of credit.
• Research incoming commercial loan requests from supported business areas.
• Review payment history, loan balances, and related documentation including notes and modifications.
• Perform dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, GL balancing, and quality reviews.
• Create and analyze error reports and review payments logs and wire transfers.
• Ensure proper documentation is filed for audits.
• Identify and resolve problems within set guidelines.
