Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a full-time Associate for the Bankruptcy and Business Reorganizations Department in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will manage Chapter 11 cases, represent clients in court, draft precise legal documents, and help develop strategic case plans within a dynamic firm.

Applicants should have 5+ years of Chapter 11 experience, PA/NJ admission (DE license preferred), and strong writing/organizational skills. JD from an accredited law school is required.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in PA and NJ; DE license preferred.
