Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in communications or public relations, with consumer brand, retail, home/lifestyle or consumer PR experience.
• Proven experience coordinating events and supporting on-site activations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor media landscape and build relationships with journalists across consumer, lifestyle, and trade outlets.
• Draft earned-first storytelling materials: press releases, angles, messaging frameworks, client emails, social copy.
• Participate in team brainstorms and contribute fresh, culturally resonant ideas to client priorities.
• Synthesize cultural trends and competitor activity to inform client strategy.
• Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground activation logistics.
• Support account management with recap reports and deadline tracking.
