Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office.

Responsibilities

1. Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and optimize automation designs.
3. Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services, reporting issues as needed.
4. Identify and resolve infrastructural issues such as firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
5. Perform scheduled maintenance activities like upgrades and patching.

Qualifications

1. At least three years of recent experience with Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development practices.
2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3. Experience with on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration preferred.
4. Knowledge of application testing, defect management, change, and release processes.
5. Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure or willingness to obtain certification within the first month.
6. Experience with automation tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.) and SDLC practices.
7. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
