Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including on-premises installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest best automation designs.
3. Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services daily, notifying support of platform issues.
4. Identify and resolve infrastructural issues, including firewall, driver, MS Office, and application issues.
5. Perform scheduled maintenance activities, such as control room upgrades and software patching.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of recent experience in support/configuration of Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development languages.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, Cloud platforms, or server administration preferred.
• Familiarity with application testing, defect management, change and release management, and escalation processes.
• Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or can be obtained within the first month of onboarding.
• Knowledge of automation solutions and tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Ui Path, etc.) and SDLC is preferred.
