Job Title: Senior Associate - Audit Insights & Analytics (PF3)
Department: Corporate Audit Department - Innovation & Professional Practices

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and tech-savvy Senior Associate to join our Internal Audit Innovation & Professional Practices team. This role will enhance our audit operations through continuous improvement, and analytics-driven insights via Tableau and Power BI dashboards. Additionally, the role involves deploying GenAI agents to support our Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, data insight visualization, and data-driven process optimization. They will work closely with the Head of Innovation & Professional Practices to streamline workflows, enhance data visualization, and improve decision-making with innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

Audit Operations Analytics & Data Visualization

  • Develop and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into audit operations, risk trends, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze audit data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate audit results into impactful analytics and insights.

GenAI Agent & QAIP Support

  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance audit quality and optimize the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP).
  • Deploy pilot GenAI agents using Co-pilot and ChatGPT to support audit automation, knowledge management, and efficiency enhancements.
  • Collaborate with audit leadership to explore emerging innovations for internal audit effectiveness.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Risk Management or Audit Technology roles.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for developing and maintaining dashboards.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of internal audit methodologies and / or IIA Global Internal Audit Standardsis a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data visualization and data-driven story telling for a C-suite audience.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based audit and risk management platforms.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$77,500-$100,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
