Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school with excellent academics.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• 1–7 years of workers' compensation defense experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Negotiate settlements for clients.
• Manage caseloads and adhere to firm procedures.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients on strategy.
• Build strong client relationships and teamwork.
