Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an attorney in Washington, DC, to join a premier Trusts & Estates practice. The role offers hybrid work and exposure to sophisticated planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries.

You will draft complex estate planning documents and advise on wealth transfer, business succession, and trust administration while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of Trusts & Estates experience.
• Strong background in estate planning and trust administration.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.
• Active DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar admission (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Draft sophisticated wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters.
• Counsel fiduciaries, trustees, executors, and family representatives.
• Work alongside accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals on complex planning matters.
