Role Summary
The associate will handle trusts and estates, transfer tax, and related income tax matters. The work spans estate structuring, business succession, charitable giving, and cross-border planning for clients with diverse portfolios.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of trusts and estates or transfer tax experience
LLM in taxation or estate planning preferred (completed or in progress)
Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Licensed or eligible to practice in DC
