Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to handle sophisticated planning, trust, probate, and estate administration matters for high-value clients. The role offers a $200,000 base salary, profit sharing, and growth toward partnership.

The attorney will manage estate planning and drafting, work closely with clients, and collaborate with Tax, Real Estate, Corporate, and Trusts & Estates teams for integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex estate planning, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
• Ability to advise clients on sophisticated planning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Handle trusts, estates, probate, and estate administration matters for high-value clients.

• Build relationships with existing clients and identify additional estate, tax, real estate, and succession-planning opportunities.

With a $200K base salary, profit-sharing opportunity, 1,600 annual billable-hour target and potential path to partnership, this is an attractive opportunity for an attorney looking for sophisticated client work without the traditional high-hour law firm environment.
