Duties
  • Advocate for clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Advise clients on real estate, foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, and other related matters.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Manage case files efficiently while ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, or creditors' rights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
