Responsibilities

• Lead or significantly contribute to all phases of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Perform and supervise discovery, including document review and depositions.
• Advise public entities on litigation risk, policy development, and compliance.
• Represent clients before courts, boards, and government agencies.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and staff.
