Duties:

1. Provide legal advice and assistance to nonprofit organizations throughout their lifecycle, from formation to dissolution.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, mergers, asset transfers, and policies tailored to the nonprofit sector.

Requirements:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

4. Mastery of federal and state nonprofit laws, regulations, and tax-exempt issues.
5. Familiarity with Minnesota employment laws and data privacy regulations is highly desirable.
