Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience and a proven track record in drafting and arguing motions.
• Confident navigating the California court system and handling depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining client focus.
• Active member of the California State Bar; construction or casualty claims experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and persuasion.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations.
• Keep clients and insurers informed and confident throughout the process.
• Deliver sound legal advice grounded in litigation experience.
• Own your docket — manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets.
