Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Worthington, OH seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to manage complex real estate, consumer protection, and business litigation matters with a partner-track path to leadership.

You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative setting, delivering strong writing and advocacy while mentoring junior attorneys and building client relationships across state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation in state and/or federal courts.
• Ohio Bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and motion practice abilities.
• Experience managing complex cases and client relationships independently.
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth within the firm.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus.

Requirements4+

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Ohio Bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills with proven motion practice and trial work.
• Experience managing complex cases and client relationships independently.
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth within the firm.
• Experience managing and resolving discovery issues.
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus.

EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
