DutiesServe
- Serve as lead-trial counsel in complex civil litigation in both state and federal court.
- Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
- Develop effective case strategies based on client needs and financial capacity.
- Communicate effectively with clients about litigation risks and goals.
- Collaborate with partners and supervise junior associates.
Requirements4+
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
- Ohio Bar license in good standing.
- Strong writing and advocacy skills with proven motion practice and trial work.
- Experience managing complex cases and client relationships independently.
- Interest in leadership and long-term growth within the firm.
- Experience managing and resolving discovery issues.
- Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus.
EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsLicensed to practice law in Ohio.
